The company will refuse service to children under 6 years old who are not accompanied by a guardian; intoxicated persons; mentally impaired persons; persons with infectious diseases; and persons with medical conditions for which a doctor has advised them not to travel.
Passengers must comply with the rules and regulations; follow the instructions and directions given by staff; and comply with disease-prevention regulations at stations and on trains.
