Regulations for the delivery and pick-up area
1. The delivery/pick-up table is located in a public area under camera surveillance. However, this is a place where many people pass by (residents, visitors, delivery staff…); security staff and cameras cannot identify who takes which package, how many packages are taken, or clearly read the external information on packages.
2. Security staff will try their best to help residents collect packages early and keep the goods neatly arranged so they are easier to find, without distinguishing the value of any package or who it belongs to.
3. Please ask the delivery person to clearly write the apartment number (or the recipient’s full name plus phone number) on the outside of the package; noting the delivery date and time is even better.
4. Residents are kindly requested to carefully check that they are collecting their own goods, verify the apartment number and personal information before taking a package to avoid picking up someone else’s.
5. Please collect your goods as soon as possible (especially food/drink items that spoil easily) to prevent them from going bad, being lost, taken by mistake, or damaged by rain, sun or pests.
6. For bulky, large or heavy items, please arrange to receive them and move them up to your apartment immediately.
7. Building management cannot take responsibility for packages left unclaimed during the day, or for any damage or loss that may occur.
8. For important letters/documents or valuable insured items, please instruct the postal staff to meet the building receptionist during office hours to hand over the mail/documents.
9. Management will not be responsible for any private arrangements residents make with individual building staff regarding receiving or paying for packages on their behalf.
